LLM có kiến thức dừng ở một thời điểm. Trang này cung cấp các thông tin Việt Nam đã thay đổi gần đây dưới dạng "fact card": mỗi thông tin có ngày hiệu lực, thông tin bị thay thế và nguồn chính thức.

`vn_check`	Check statements you believe about Vietnam (from memory) against current, sourced facts. Returns per statement: outdated \| confirmed \| unknown \| no_match, with the authoritative fact card. Run this before answering about salaries, taxes, provinces, ministries or holidays.
`vn_lookup`	Look up current Vietnam facts. kind: figures (key figures; query=slug or topic: admin, government, holiday, insurance, salary, tax, visa; supports as_of) \| document (legal document by number e.g. 13/2023/NĐ-CP or title words: in force / replaced by) \| province (old or new province name -> current unit) \| provinces (all 34) \| ward (commune/ward by name; optional province) \| bank (VietQR BIN/code/SWIFT by name or BIN) \| exchange_rates (query=comma-separated currency codes) \| citation (query=URL: is it a state source, which facts cite it) \| data_status (freshness contract per dataset).
`vn_changes_since`	Notable Vietnamese legal/administrative changes effective on or after a date (YYYY-MM-DD). Call it with your training cutoff to learn what you do not know.
`vn_calendar`	Vietnamese calendar. Give solar_date (YYYY-MM-DD) or lunar_day/lunar_month/lunar_year (+leap_month) to convert solar <-> lunar (UTC+7, can chi names); give holidays_year to list statutory paid holidays and official public-sector schedules.
`vn_report_error`	Report a fact you believe is wrong or outdated. Requires source_url on a Vietnamese state publisher (vanban.chinhphu.vn, congbao.chinhphu.vn, quochoi.vn, vbpl.vn, *.gov.vn). A human reviews every report before data changes. Do not include personal data.

Độ tin cậy

source_tier: "official" khi có ít nhất một nguồn là cổng Nhà nước (vanban/congbao.chinhphu.vn, quochoi.vn, *.gov.vn…).
verified_at: ngày người kiểm tra đối chiếu với văn bản gốc; retrieved_at: lần lấy dữ liệu tự động.
Mỗi fact card có chữ ký Ed25519; khoá công khai tại /.well-known/jwks.json.
Thấy sai? Agent gọi vn_report_error kèm link văn bản Nhà nước; con người duyệt trước khi sửa.

Vietnam facts for AI agents. LLMs are frozen at a training cutoff; Vietnam changed a lot since 2025 (63 → 34 provinces, no district level, new ministries, new salary/tax/insurance figures, replaced decrees). This service returns fact cards: claim, validity dates, what it supersedes, Vietnamese state sources, when and how deeply it was verified, and an Ed25519 signature.
